The following are the terms and conditions of agreement between the guests and Hotel Chinar (hereinafter called as MANAGEMENT) under which the rooms are permitted to be used by guests and are binding on them.

Tariff : Tariff is for rooms only depending upon the room size, single, double, etc. Food and other services are made available at extra cost. 7% luxury tax extra for the rooms.

Payment of bills : Bills must be settled on presentation.

Default in payment : In case of default in payment of dues by the guest, the Management shall have a lien on the language & belongings and be entitled to detain the same to sell or auction such property at any time without any refrence to guest.

Check out time : 24 hrs.

Guest Belongings : Guest are requested to lock the door of their room when going out or when going to bed. Guests are requested to keep their cash and valuables safely in the room. The management will not, in any way, whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the belonging from the HOTEL ROOM for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.

Damage to property : The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Hotel Property caused by themselves, their friends or dependents.

Management Rights : It is agreed that the guest will conduct in a respectable manner and not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the Hotel premises. The Management reserves to itself absolute right of admission to any person within the Hotel Premises.

Relation between the Management and the client : Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any other right or interest in the Hotel Premises or any part or portion thereof in favour of any guest or resident or visitor and Management shall always deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole Hotel Premises.

Application of Laws and Govt. Rules and Regulations : The Guest is requested to observe, abide by, confirm to and be bound to all application of acts and laws and the govt. rules and regulations in force from time to time.

Amendment of Rules : The management reserves to itself the right to add or alter or amend any of the above terms and conditions and rules, at any time.

Jurisdiction : Place of arbitration, jurisdiction will be at Ranchi.
